Caregiver Support Group The meeting is open to the public and no reservations are necessary. The meeting provides support to people caring for a loved one suffering from dementia and other medical problems relating to aging. The meetings are facilitated by Kerri Sherer, LSW. In addition, information about area social services will be available, and attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions or vent their feelings and share knowledge with others facing similar issues. Clergy Spouse Day The Church Relations Ministry of Christian Health Care Center (CHCC) in Wyckoff invites all spouses of clergy in Northern New Jersey to participate in its annual Clergy Spouse Day. The special guest speaker is Carolyn Custis James, an international conference speaker and author of many books, including her most recent, "The Gospel of Ruth: Loving God Enough to Break the Rules," and "Half the Church: Recapturing God’s Global Vision for Women." Ms. James will speak on two topics: “Finding Your Place in the Story” and “Mrs. Noah – the Clergy Spouse’s Patron Saint.” The event is free of charge and is open to spouses of clergy from all faith communities. Lunch is included. Child care for preschool-aged children is available upon request, if you RSVP at least one week prior to the event with the name and age of the children.
